Warranty and Return Policy

All our products come with performance assurances and up to two years manufacturer’s warranty that covers against defect. The limited hardware warranty on our listed products purchased begins on the date of the packing slip, invoice, or receipt. Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the supplied device and accessories only. The warranty period is not extended if manufacturer repair or replace a warranted product or any parts. You must retain your proof of purchase for any manufacturer warranty claims.

The applicable limited hardware warranty covers failures due to defects in workmanship and materials, but does not cover misuse, negligence during installation, illegal modification; and evidence of any of the following conditions. Example: lightning strike, power surge, physical damage, or removal of any tampers seal. Those faults are normally easily detected and will not covered by any warranties. We may change the availability of limited hardware warranties, at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive. We will not process refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. JBSPCSolutions.com reserves right to replace any faulty unit that is no longer in production with a current similar model or equivalent unit type.

We will not held responsible for any resulting loss or damage to property, or loss of income or earning that may be caused by failure of device or complications or costs arising from the use of device in any associated software / hardware.

Returning a damaged or incorrect item

Returns will be authorised if the goods received were damaged in transit, or are defective or incorrect. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of any damaged, defective or incorrect goods.

We are required to receive the returned goods before posting the items. We will pay all freight charges to return the repaired unit or incorrect item to client.

Returned unit with non-faulty issue, a restocking fee of 20% and return postage fee will be charged.
